About Me

Hi there! I’m Jen. I’m a personal trainer located in Brooklyn, NY serving the New York City area. I specialize in working with individuals who are looking to lose weight and change body composition, older populations, pre and post natal women, and individuals with mild to severe pre-existing injuries or movement compensations.

Despite being the daughter of a collegiate football coach, I grew up HATING to exercise! I was about as far away from being considered “athletic” as you could get. My sedentary lifestyle and poor eating habits lead me to weighing over 200lbs in my early 20s. Tired of feeling tired, I joined my local gym and changed my relationship with food. Over the course of a few years, I lost around 70lbs! After discovering that I actually really loved being active and wanting to help others achieve their health and fitness goals, I received my personal training certification and never looked back!
